XR2Learn Showcases Open Call Winner in the MANTRA Community of SMEs

We are proud to announce that XR2Learn has showcased one of its Open Call success stories within the MANTRA Community of SMEs, highlighting how XR technologies are driving digital, green, and social innovation across Europe.
The featured winner, X-DE-MAN (eXtended Reality platform enabling self-resilient operators in the de-manufacturing industry), developed by MORE srl and the University of Parma, demonstrates how immersive XR training can enhance workforce skills, improve safety, and support circular economy practices in industrial environments.
Through XR-based learning, digital disassembly maps, and real-time guidance tools, X-DE-MAN helps SMEs optimize de-manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and prepare workers for the challenges of Industry 5.0. The project is a strong example of how XR2Learn fosters innovation ecosystems that combine technological excellence with sustainability and inclusion.
