I’m Angelica, a Communication Officer with a strong passion for XR! I’m particularly interested in exploring how Extended Reality (XR) can transform learning and professional practices, especially in areas like medicine and surgery, entertainment and the arts, and science and research. It’s a pleasure to be part of this forum, and I’m excited to learn, collaborate, and discuss all things XR with such an inspiring community! Looking forward to exchanging ideas, insights, and exploring the latest trends and innovations. Let’s connect!
Hello everyone, my name is Mikhail - I am CPO of WEKIT ECS, leading the development of the CARATE funded by XR2Learn, and a researcher in XR and learning at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
my name is Alessio and I’m responsible of Strategic Projects in EIT Manufacturing Region South. As I EITM South we are leading a Thematic Working Group at EU level on Industrial Metaverse. Therefore, I’ll be happy to exchange ideas, insights, trends related to XR applications in the manufacturing sectors and possibly share opportunities coming from the EIT Manufacturing network.
Hello everyone! I’m Filisia, a project manager at Synelixis Solutions S.A., proud to be part of the XR2Learn journey! Hello everyone, my name is Alberto Gallace, I am the scientific director of Mibtec (www.mibtec.it), Mind and Behavior Technological Center, a large research center at University of Milano Bicocca, where we investigate human-computer interactions from the point of view of improving learning processes and human wellbening. We are specialized in virtual and augmented reality, seen from a multisensory point of view (we have every kind of devices from Caves, walking treadmills, haptic stimulators, olfactory stimulators, haptic gloves, motion tracking systems, dynamic driving stimulators etc.)
I am Tim of www.changefied.nl we develop Gamified Social Soluitions, VR platforms focussed on the social Domain.
We have devoloped www.virtualov.nl which is for neurodivergents to be trained to Public Transport. We train all the skills and scenario’s. We do this in a 6DoF environment with focus on trainingen their executive functions.
With the same engine we build www.techlab.com a platform to be trained to build a PC.
Hi All,
I’m Andrei from Vic’s Science Studio (https://vics.studio/), Slovakia, we developed a Chemistry Lab for schools. While there are various VR solutions for education available in the market, our product stands out for its freedom of action and chemically correct experience, as every moment we know exactly what every flask consists of and calculate the results of chemical reactions using the principles of physical chemistry implemented into our model.
In other words - we do not bind the user by the fixed scenario, instead, they are free to mix everything and observe the realistic result, and with our mode, it remains possible to figure out their own, individual approach and solve the task given by the teacher. It’s still a rare case even in modern XR apps.
Hi Milena,
we are a 3D/VR specialized software Company with more than 20 years of history behind us in this vertical. I’d be interested in understanding which kind of partners you are looking for.
Please get in touch with me: alessandro.piglia@kairos3d.it
Hi there,
My name is Rob. Me and my team at PICO enterprise are responsible to help partners in the education space to find new projects, implement them successfully and scale them.
As you might know, at PICO we build different headsets for education than for consumers. In the factory we build a different hardware, with different OS and many different functionality and software and support to make it easier to use this technology in schools or universities.
There is for example no need for accounts, there is a different app store with focus on education and we have a free classroom management solution.
Anyways, as you might have seen at education and XR events, I’m very passionate about this topic and I hope that together we can make the world a better place through better education!
If you need any help or have any questions, let me know!
Hello everyone, I’m Tania, an Interaction Designer. I’m part of the BSD team, which is the coordinator of the Proxima project. If you’d like to learn more, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
I’m Franz, I just discovered this forum by chance.
I’ve always had a strong passion for gaming, anddeeply fascinated by XR as it’s something that has captivated me, especially when it comes to gaming.
My favorite XR game is The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. The immersive survival horror experience in VR, where I can truly feel like I’m in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, is mind-blowing. The level of detail and the interactions with the world make it one of the most intense and thrilling VR experiences I’ve had!
Another game that’s close to my heart is Minecraft. I’ve always loved the creative freedom it offers, and the addition of VR just takes it to the next level. Being able to build, explore, and create in a fully immersive 3D world is something I can get lost in for hours.
I’m here to connect, learn, and share my and your experiences…
